War of the Worlds-ish
Photographers and travelers, Sunny and Andrew, managed to nab this photo of the giant squid sculpture outside of the Kenting National Marine Aquarium just as the sun set. It reminds me a bit of H.G. Wells novel, War of the Worlds. Talk about being in the right place at the right time! Check out that sky!

Sinlaku Flooding
This weekend, Typhoon Sinlaku hovered over Taiwan’s eastern coastline for three days, dumping gallons of rain and pummeling our tiny island with fierce winds. Photographer Darrell Gallant managed to capture some incredible shots of the flooding caused by the tropical storm.

Red Cheongsam
The simplicity of a single flower and a beautiful woman makes this image visually arresting. Mr.?? is a newcomer to our group. We hope to see more of his beautiful portrait work.
